Shipping & Delivery

When completing your order, you automatically agree to the below terms for shipping & delivery for all orders processed by Awesome Customs Limited, trading as Ultimate Customs.

All orders we fulfil are processed by our respective delivery partners:

  • Royal Mail for UK & Worldwide (small items)
    • This typically takes between 1-3 working days to arrive once dispatched if you are in the UK and 3-10 working days for all other locations.
  • DX (Delivered Exactly) for UK (medium items)
    • This is our most common method of delivery. All orders are delivered next day once dispatched.
  • DPD, Parcelforce, UPS, FedEx for Worldwide Shipping (large items)
    • This typically takes between 3-10 working days to arrive once dispatched depending on your location.

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Not all items are held in stock, so please contact us before placing an order to check the stock level for your order.

If your item is damaged upon arrival, you must notify us within 3 calendar days from delivery of the item, or we will not be able to process a refund. Items shipped to any country outside of Europe cannot be returned or refunded.

Local Customs and Duty Charges:

For all customers outside of the UK, prices now displayed in cart once you enter your address will have 20% UK VAT Tax removed, however you will likely have to pay some form of Duties / VAT prior to delivery of your goods.

If you are unsure of charges we recommend you should contact your local authorities ahead of placing your order.

If you request a refund once your order has been dispatched, but not collected from our delivery partner, you will be charged a 10% admin fee for packing and re-call of the shipment from our delivery partner. When you purchase from our store, you automatically accept these terms.

If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete address, too many delivery attempts, a refusal of parcel without damage evidence or refusal to pay customs charges, you will be charged for the return delivery to the sender and any further delivery costs including any customs charges incurred to us. These funds will be deducted from the original payment and may take up to a week to process. Other reasons may need to be reviewed given the circumstances of the automatic return.
